  • Security Lancaster has been granted the lead of DYPOSIT: Dynamic Policies for Cyber-Physical Infrastructures under Attack. This is a three year joint project funded by EPSRC, in collaboration with KU Leuven, Belgium and UC Cork, Ireland. The total value of the grant is €926K.
  • PETRAS: £10m Lancaster University has been successful, as part of a consortium, in securing funding for a new £10M Internet of Things Research Hub. Lancaster is one of the core partners in the consortium (along with University College London, Imperial College London, University of Warwick and University of Oxford as core partners). In the Hub, Lancaster and Imperial are collaborating closely on exploring the security and safety considerations for connected devices in critical infrastructure and industrial environments.
  • Imperial College have collaborated with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial and the University of Cyprus on creating a Research Centre of Excellence in Monitoring, Control and Security of Critical Infrastructures. The 5-year, €15 million project is funded through the Horizon 2020 WIDESPREAD 2016-2017 programme. When in-kind support from the College and cofunding from the Cypriot Government, the University of Cyprus and local and international industries is taken into account the overall total of the project budget rises to over €40 million.
